Abstract and manuscript submission Guidelines:
All abstracts and manuscripts must be submitted through ROSA - Responsive Online System for Acta Horticulturae submission and review: https: (https://www.actahort.org/members/symposiar?nr=714)

- The official languages of the conference are both Arabic and English. However, submission of abstract into the system is only in English.
- Abstracts should not exceed 300 words and be based on original work. They should give full information on the objective, materials and methods and major results obtained.
- Abstracts must NOT contain tables, pictures or diagrams.
- All abbreviations must be spelled out on first use.
- Abstracts should be thoroughly checked for spelling (English) and grammar.
- Submission is strictly limited to a maximum of one oral and one poster presentation per person.
- Abstracts submitted by May 30, 2020 will be considered for evaluation. Authors will be notified of provisional acceptance of abstracts by July 31, 2020 and for the form of presentation as oral or poster presentation.
- All oral presenters, including invited and keynote speakers, must submit a manuscript for publication in the refereed proceedings, Acta Horticulturae, by September 15, 2020. If this is not agreed to by the author(s), the work can be presented as a poster instead. Authors of posters are welcome to submit a manuscript for publication in the refereed proceedings, Acta Horticulturae, by September 15, 2020.
- Posters should be legible and the recommended size is A0 – Portrait (maximum height 1.2 m and width 0.85 m).

- They approve submitting their work for presentation
- They transfer all copyright ownership of the named abstract to ISHS
- They agree to materially confine their presentations to information in the abstract.
- The presenting author should be available to present the abstract if selected for the conference program
- The authors will immediately notify the conference Secretariat if they are unable to attend or if the presenting author is changed.
- Please note that each presenter may make only one oral presentation and one poster. The organizers reserve the right to remove a presentation from the program if these conditions are not met.
