This article aims to clarify the origin of colonial discourse and the authority forms founded in colonial communities structure. It also aims to present the reasons for the continuation of subsidiarity relationship between the colonizer and the colony, and the mechanisms that have made this discourse a continuously generated speech. In addition, the article examines the new alternative systems that is developed by the colonist instead of military operations. This work focuses on the second level, i.e. the disclosure of the colonial influence on the identity of the colonizer, the new tools to control economic, cultural, social, and political structures. The approach used was to study two of the hidden colonial discourse mechanisms; i.e. anthropology and affirming of orientalists', and framing of education and culture. The work concluded that these mechanisms distorted the identity of previously colonized communities and assured the continuation of subsidiarity relationship.
