Training Programs for Teachers of Special Education and It’s Relation With Their Vocational Adjustment

Abstract

This study aimed at knowing the relationship between training programs and vocational adjustment among teachers of special education, the sample consisted of (82) male and female teachers selected by stratified random sampling from Khartoum state, the study revealed that, There is appositive significant correlation between the two variables, also the results showed positive significant correlation between training programs &four dimensions of vocational adjustment, moreover these correlations were highly significant in the study society.
