Abstract

The present study aimed at investigating the effects of some variables on the students assessment of University teachers performance. The study sample consisted of (427) male and female college students who responded to a scale containing (69) items representing nine factors about the teaching practices at the university colleges. By using T-test, factorial Design (MANCOVA), (GLM), and Tucky test. The study indicated that the factors that consisted of the university teachers performance assessment scale differed according to the sex, academic specialization and scholastic level. The study recommends that the university should provide teaching practice programs for training teachers based on the results of this study.
