Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the job satisfaction of the laboratory technicians in intermediate and secondary schools in Riyadh with respect to some independent variables. Questionnaire consisted of (52) items was distributed to a random sample consisting of (99) laboratory technicians in intermediate and secondary schools in Riyadh.
