Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the presence (occurrence) of ethical problems in the work setting of the public school principals in ALHasa : the degree of their presence, their type (misdeeds or quandaries) , the alternative the principals pick to deal with those problems, and the difficulty they face when they make decision to deal with them.
