Abstract

The current study investigated: “ The extent to which the graduates of public secondary education meet the requirements of Saudi job-market. ‘ To attain this general goal the following related objectives were investigated : (1) The level of knowledge that public secondary students have about the requirements of the job-market in the Kingdom. (2) The amount of responsibility that they can bear after their graduation. (3) Their capability to select the suitable job compling of their desires and the needs of the society. (4) The obstacles they may face after their graduation. (5) The effect of some variables on their perception towards the requirements of the job-market
