Visa through the organizers of the conference

• It is issued to participants in the sixth conference of the International Society for Camel Research and Development (ISOCARD) entitled "The Role of Camels in Food Security and Economic Growth" which is organized by the Saudi Veterinary Medical Association and the Camel Research Center at King Faisal University during the period 20-24 Shaaban 1444 AH corresponding to 12-16 March 2023 AD.

Documents required include

1. A copy of the passport, the validity of the passport must not be less than 6 months from the expected time of entry into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
2. A letter from the employer sent to the Saudi Veterinary Medical Association to attend the conference
3. Fill in the data in the table and attach them to the e-mail

4. A business visit visa application document is issued
5. The single-entry visa is valid for 3 months from the date of issue, and the allowed stay is 30 days
6. Visa issuance usually takes one to two working days in most cases
7. A document of those wanted for a visit with the document number will be sent to the e-mail to complete the procedures for obtaining an entry visa from the concerned missions of the Kingdom through the approved centers and after fulfilling all the requirements
8. The approval of the application does not guarantee the issuance of the visa
