Abstract

Field Experiments were conducted during 1995/96 and 1996/97 growing seasons to study the effect of three sowing dates (15th October, 5th November and 25th November), three plant population densities (8.3, 10.9 and 16.6 plants/m2) and their interactions on growth and yield of canola “cv. Pactool” under saline conditions. The interrelationships among oil yield / fad and its attributes through simple correlation, multiple linear regression and stepwise regression analysis were also evaluated.
