Discourse Transitions in Quran "A study in Forms of Singular, Muthanna (two), and Plural"

Abstract

This research aimed to study the discourse transitions in the Quran in the forms of its transitions between singular, muthanna (two), or plural. And to process grammatically and linguistically the mentioned transitions in an attempt to clarify the reasons for this transitions and its semantics. The study faucsed on the main causes and semantics of these transformations which were: The meaning of the "Who", the specificity of the Prophet peace be upon him, the inclusion of disciple (Tabia) and followed by (Matboua). Taking into account the linguistic root, and the most important, and responding to each incredulous. As well as the subsidiary semantics that resulted from these transitions.
