Abstract

This research covers one of the most important criminal cases, self-defense, Allah is the most merciful so He takes mercy upon mankind by legislating the laws that organize peaceful life for them; hence Allah gives the right to the transgressed to defend himself, as it is permissible for him to defend for other immunized lives. therefore all the defenders deeds have no criminal responsibility, This subject should be studied as it concerns souls protection and it prevents bloodshed.
