Abstract

The aim of this study is to build a systematic framework explaining how to adopt and implement the teleworking. It also determines how to design a comprehensive plan that can be use in implementing the teleworking and help the companies to evaluate the suitability of the system to their environment. In order to achieve these objectives, this study uses a general approach comparing to other approaches that have been studied the teleworking which focus on implementing this type of work in specific sectors.
